Autism & Behavior Consulting Services, LLC was started in January of 2005 when a therapist trained in Applied Behavior Analysis, realized the need for quality ABA services in the Autism Community of Middle Tennessee. ABC Services, LLC began offering consulting services which included assessment and program development as well as parent and therapist training. With the great need in the area, it quickly grew to include two other consultants and three more counties. We currently continue to provide in home, clinical and school ABA programming and training in addition to group therapy services throughout the state of Tennessee.

We strive to provide team oriented programming working with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other therapies. We target parent concerns and work with families scheduling and values to create individualized programming.

Individual Services
Individual Behavior Services are provided in the home, clinic, school and community environments. These services include assessment, program development, training and weekly follow up, as well as individual therapy. Programming is individualized for each child and family. Programming addresses areas of needs; decreasing problem behavior and teaching appropriate replacement behavior. Skills are taught in discrete trial format and natural environment training.
Group Services
Social skills services focus on teaching appropriate social skills with peers in a playful environment. Sensory and play activities are incorporated to create a comfortable and inviting environment, while trained therapists aid in facilitating communication between children.

Play Skills focus on teaching thematic, dramatic, and functional play skills. Ratios are kept low to spend more time teaching play skills in a preschool classroom setting. Pretend skills are taught utilizing dress-up clothes, toy kitchen areas, and other developmentally appropriate toys.
